Are you a high-performing sales leader with a proven track record in SaaS and MarTech? Do you thrive on developing exceptional salespeople while driving enterprise growth?

We're looking for a Sales Director to lead our Sales team from our London office. You'll be responsible for driving new business across the UK and EMEA while building a high-performing sales organisation that consistently delivers against ambitious targets.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching, developing people, leading complex enterprise sales, and creating a culture of high performance. If you're passionate about innovative marketing technology and sales leadership, we'd love to hear from you.

The role

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading Playable's Sales team and accelerating our growth across the UK and EMEA.

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Executives, ensuring they consistently build qualified pipeline, win new customers, and deliver predictable revenue growth.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and the Business Development team, you'll help shape our commercial strategy while ensuring our sales organisation operates with focus, discipline and customer centricity.

At Playable, we believe great sales leaders lead from the front. While this role does not carry an individual sales quota, you'll remain closely involved in strategic opportunities, executive customer meetings, deal coaching and commercial negotiations, helping your team succeed in complex enterprise sales cycles.

Our platform is redefining how brands engage their audiences through interactive, playable experiences. Success in this role requires someone who can challenge conventional marketing thinking, understand enterprise business priorities, and help customers realise the commercial value of innovative MarTech solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
