Sales Director – London
UK | Sustainable Packaging & Foodservice Solutions
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead the next phase of growth for a portfolio of sustainable, design-led products serving the Foodservice, Hospitality and QSR sectors.
Working closely with the UK Managing Director and global leadership team, you will shape commercial strategy, strengthen key customer relationships, and build a high-performing sales function that delivers sustainable, long-term growth.
This is a highly influential leadership role with responsibility for driving revenue growth, enhancing sales effectiveness, developing the team, and contributing to wider business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the UK sales strategy across multiple customer sectors and channels.
- Drive sales performance, forecasting, pipeline management, and profitable growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Use CRM and commercial data to improve forecasting, decision-making, and sales effectiveness.
- Act as a UK brand ambassador, strengthening market presence and gathering customer insight.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to support business growth.

About You
You will be a proven B2B sales leader with experience driving growth, leading teams, and developing commercial strategies within sectors such as foodservice, hospitality, FMCG, or related markets.
You'll bring:
- A strong track record of delivering revenue growth while protecting margins.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong commercial, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to balance long-term planning with hands-on execution.
- A collaborative and accountable leadership style.
- Experience within FMCG or packaging with customer experience across foodservice and preferably QSR.
