Ready to lead the next stage of growth for an established technology business?
I'm working with a growing B2B technology business that's looking to appoint a Sales Director to lead an established commercial team and help shape the business's future direction.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be responsible for driving commercial performance, developing senior sales leaders and identifying new opportunities for growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with customers, partners and the wider leadership team to build on an already successful business.

The Role
- Lead, coach and develop an experienced sales leadership team.
- Drive new business growth alongside strategic account development.
- Shape the commercial strategy and identify new market opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.
- Support major commercial opportunities and contract negotiations.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading senior sales teams within the IT sector.
- Experience managing senior sales leaders and building high-performing teams.
- A confident, commercially driven leader who enjoys being customer-facing.
- Existing relationships within the IT market would be highly desirable.
