Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00 per year
Schedule: Day shift (Monday to Friday)
Work Location: In person
Location: Office 255 Stuart House – East Wing St. John’s Street, Peterborough, PE1 5DD
Job Description:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead the sales team, setting performance targets and providing guidance to maximize their potential.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and long-term business growth.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget efficiently and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance to the executive team and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
- Sales Training: Organize and conduct training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Sales Director General Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
- Extensive sales and management experience.
- Strong leadership and industry knowledge.
- Strategic thinking and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions.
- Applicant should have GDPR knowledge
- Fluent in Urdu and Punjabi
A candidate with previous Nadra knowledge will be more desirable.
