We’re working with an established international research and insights organisation that is growing its presence in the UK and looking for a Sales Director to help drive that next stage of growth.
This is a high-impact, hunter-focused sales role for someone who thrives on opening new doors, winning new business and building relationships with senior decision-makers. You’ll take a consultative approach to selling customised research and insight solutions, working with brands across FMCG, media, financial services, wellness, luxury, technology and professional services.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop your own approach to the UK market, while working closely with internal teams to turn opportunities into long-term client relationships. The team is lean and hands-on, so you’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and supporting new accounts when needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
