About Everywhere

Everywhere is a creator media company that works with trusted creators and premium content publishers to help them monetise their audiences, everywhere they are.

We act as the exclusive advertising sales partner to a curated network of creators, commercialising their audiences across audio, video, social and beyond.

For advertisers, Everywhere provides a single point of access to trusted, multi-channel creator audiences.

Our ambition is to become the world's most trusted creator media company, helping the best creators thrive everywhere their fans are.

We're early, ambitious and building with creators at the centre of everything. We value integrity, ownership, curiosity and people who create more value than expected.

The Role

You’ll lead Everywhere’s commercial activity across UK and global media planning and buying agencies, developing relationships and driving revenue for our creators.

This is a senior, hands-on role with the opportunity to shape our commercial strategy, proposition and pricing. Working directly with the founders, you’ll help define what we sell, how we take it to market and, as we grow, build the sales team around you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own our agency sales strategy and relationships across agency groups, independents and specialists.
  • Build and manage the commercial pipeline, taking responsibility for revenue targets, forecasting and performance.
  • Lead responses to agency and advertiser briefs, bringing together creators, platforms and ideas to deliver compelling campaigns.
  • Develop our sales story, propositions and pricing with the founders, informed by market insight and advertiser demand.
  • Work closely with creators and their teams to understand their ambitions, audiences and commercial potential.
  • Represent Everywhere at agency meetings and industry events.
  • Establish the sales processes we need to grow and, in time, recruit and lead a commercial team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
