About the role

Lead strategic sales initiatives and manage a skilled team to achieve and exceed financial sales targets, contributing significantly to Orange’s leadership and growth as a key member of the management team.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize market share and revenue.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales specialists to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement tactical adjustments to meet and exceed order values and contract targets.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operational teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Represent the company externally to build relationships and serve as an ambassador for the brand.
  • Participate actively as a key member of the senior management team, contributing insights and strategy to broader business decisions.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador to enhance the company's reputation and market presence.
  • Encourage innovative thinking and continuous improvement in sales methods and team operations.
  • Ensure aligned communication and information flow between sales and other organizational units.
  • Promote adherence to company values and ethical standards throughout all activities.

About you

You possess a strong background in sales management with over 10 years of experience, skilled in applying structured sales methodologies and financial planning. With a degree-level education and a clear track record in leading dynamic teams, you are an articulate communicator and a strategic leader willing to challenge established norms and innovate processes to meet ambitious business objectives.

Your professional skills:

  • Apply structured sales methodologies to effectively identify and develop business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough financial planning and forecasting to guide sales objectives and budgeting.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust strategies appropriately.
  • Implement performance tracking systems to measure sales team outcomes and drive improvements.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure beneficial terms and achieve organizational goals.

Your soft skills:

  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse sales team by fostering accountability and collaboration.
  • Adapt to changing business environments and navigate complex challenges with flexibility.
