Sales Director - Digital Advertising / AdTech
Location: London, United Kingdom
Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
Employment Type: Full-time
About Naritive
Naritive is an advertising technology company redefining how brands communicate in digital environments.
We believe attention is the real currency of digital advertising. Our technology enables brands and agencies to move beyond standard display advertising by creating engaging, interactive and story-led digital advertising experiences.
We work across the digital advertising ecosystem, helping brands and agencies create campaigns designed to capture attention, drive engagement and deliver stronger outcomes.
As we continue to grow our UK business, we are looking for an exceptional Sales Director to play a critical role in driving new business and building Naritive's presence within the UK advertising market.
This is not a role for someone looking to simply inherit a book of business.
We are looking for a proven hunter, relationship builder and commercial operator who understands the digital advertising ecosystem and wants to play a meaningful role in building something.
The Role
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new revenue and expanding Naritive's relationships across agencies, advertisers and the wider digital advertising ecosystem.
You will identify and win new business, develop senior agency relationships and position Naritive as a valuable and differentiated partner within the market.
You will be comfortable opening doors, creating opportunities and selling innovative advertising products that require strategic thinking and strong storytelling.
You will work closely with the UK Managing Director and wider Naritive team to develop the commercial strategy, build pipeline and drive sustainable revenue growth.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role with significant opportunity for the right person to grow with the business.
What You'll Be Doing
New Business Development
- Proactively identify, target and win new agency and advertiser opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified new business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across media agencies, independent agencies, programmatic teams and brands.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through to pitching, negotiation and closing.
- Consistently generate new revenue rather than relying solely on existing accounts.
Agency & Client Relationships
- Build strong, long-term relationships with agency planners, buyers, digital leads, programmatic teams and senior commercial stakeholders.
- Understand client challenges and identify opportunities where Naritive's technology can add value.
- Become a trusted commercial partner rather than simply another media vendor.
- Represent Naritive at industry events, agency meetings and relevant networking opportunities.
Commercial Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic account and new-business plans.
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations and commercial proposals.
- Work with internal teams to develop opportunities and create solutions for clients.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to help shape Naritive's UK commercial strategy.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM management.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
