We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Director to join our Commercial Sales Team, representing one of the most influential creator groups on the planet. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth, developing best-in-class branded partnerships, and building long-term relationships with agencies and brands.
As part of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for leading revenue growth across key clients and agencies—delivering creative, integrated campaigns that connect global brands to our creator group’s sizable audience. You’ll collaborate closely with the Commercial Director and internal stakeholders across creative, data, strategy, and production to craft market-leading proposals and ensure our partners see measurable success.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Hit and exceed personal sales targets by developing and managing new and existing partnerships across branded partnerships, sponsorships, creator campaigns and IRL events.
- Lead Brilliant Proposals: Craft smart, insight-driven, and creative proposals that deliver stand out work for clients. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to build compelling narratives and campaigns that convert.
- Pitch with Impact: Confidently deliver proactive and reactive pitches to agencies and clients, demonstrating deep understanding of their business challenges and marketing objectives.
- Build Long-Term Partnerships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with key agency groups, positioning us as a strategic, tier-one partner.
- Strategic Category Leadership: Use audience data, and category insights to inform smart proposals, ensuring we remain relevant and valuable to our partners.
- Campaign Excellence: Work with the delivery team to oversee campaign delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and strong performance analysis that drives client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Thought Leadership & Visibility: Contribute to industry conversations, case studies, and award submissions to enhance our presence as an innovative leader in the creator economy.

- Proven Sales Experience: 5+ years in a client-facing sales or account management role within social, media or digital agencies—ideally with exposure to branded content or influencer marketing.
- Agency Expertise: Strong network and understanding of the agency landscape. Confident in navigating complex organizations and building senior relationships.
- Digital & Creator Savvy: Deep understanding of digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and the influencer/creator ecosystem. Experience in sponsorship, branded content, or AFP activations is beneficial.
- Creative and Strategic Thinker: Skilled at interpreting briefs, identifying opportunities, and crafting integrated solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Entrepreneurial Energy: A proactive mindset with the confidence to pitch new formats, ideas, or capabilities that drive innovation for clients.
- Results-Driven and Resilient: Excited by ambitious targets, tight deadlines, and the thrill of closing big deals that make a cultural impact.
