Core services include custom web and mobile development, AI/ML, data science, blockchain, DevOps, IoT, QA, and end-to-end product management.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Director role based in Leicester. The Sales Director will lead and grow Techfy’s sales organization, including setting revenue targets, designing sales strategies, and overseeing sales operations to support company growth across key regions and industries.

  • Managing and mentoring the sales team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects
  • Developing new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships

The role also involves:

  • Collaborating closely with leadership, delivery, and marketing teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings
  • Ensuring high-quality customer experience
  • Refining go-to-market strategies

The Sales Director is expected to:

  • Monitor sales performance
  • Analyze market trends
  • Optimize sales processes
  • Provide regular reporting and forecasts

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in B2B technology or consulting environments.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, CRM usage, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven Team Management abilities, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and building inclusive, high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent Customer Service and client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Background in software development, IT services, or digital product consulting is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Leicester and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and international clients.
