Sales Director - BPS/BPO

About the Role:
We are working with a leading global IT services and business consulting organisation that is looking to appoint a BPS Strategic Sales Consultant to support the continued growth of its Business Process Services offering.
This is a senior sales role focused on driving new BPS/BPO revenue, winning new logos and expanding Business Process Services into existing strategic accounts where there is currently limited or no BPS presence.
The successful candidate will work closely with Client Partners and senior internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape propositions, respond to RFPs and lead strategic sales activity across major enterprise clients.
This role would suit an experienced BPS/BPO sales professional with a strong track record in solution selling, RFP-led opportunities, senior stakeholder engagement and complex multi-country delivery models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new BPS/BPO sales across enterprise accounts.
- Identify and develop new logo opportunities within target markets.
- Work with Client Partners to expand BPS presence across existing strategic accounts.
- Lead end-to-end sales activity from opportunity identification through to contract closure.
- Respond to formal RFPs and support the creation of tailored BPS propositions.
- Shape strategic BPS solutions across areas such as finance, HR, supply chain, customer experience and operations.
- Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, including CXO-level contacts.
- Collaborate with internal teams across the UK, Europe and India to develop competitive solutions.
- Leverage global delivery capability to create scalable and commercially attractive BPS offerings.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting through CRM tools.
- Support business development activity and represent the organisation in strategic sales discussions.
- Position BPS as a value-led transformation offering that helps clients optimise operations, reduce cost and improve customer outcomes.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong experience in BPS/BPO sales, strategic sales, sales enablement, business development or solution sales.
- Proven track record winning or growing BPS/BPO deals across enterprise clients.
- Experience selling BPS solutions across areas such as finance, HR, supply chain, customer experience, operations or industry-specific processes.
- Experience driving new logo acquisition and expanding services across existing accounts.
- Strong RFP response experience, including solution shaping, proposal development and bid collaboration.
- Ability to work closely with Client Partners, delivery teams, solution teams and offshore/global teams.
- Strong understanding of multi-country or offshore-onshore delivery models.
- Strong senior stakeholder engagement skills, including CXO-level relationship management.
- Consultative sales approach with strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence across multiple internal and client stakeholders.
- Degree qualified preferred.
