Who are we?
At Technimove, we’re passionate about transforming the way the world’s leading IT service providers manage their data centres. As the market leader in Data Centre Transformations, we deliver high-quality Professional Services and Data Centre Migrations for global clients, from ambitious start-ups to some of the most recognisable names in tech.
Our secret weapon? Our people. Known as our TechniPeople, we’ve built a diverse, supportive, and ambitious team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and passion. Some of our colleagues have been with us for over a decade, while many others are just starting their journey — but all share the same energy, drive, and love for what we do.
The Role
As Technimove continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead our sales organisation and play a key role in our next phase of growth.
Reporting to the CRO, you’ll lead our External Account Managers and Account Directors, driving profitable revenue growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships and building a high-performing, accountable sales culture.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine strategic thinking with day-to-day sales leadership, working closely with the CRO and wider commercial team to shape how Technimove grows.
What You'll Do

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
