Want a Sales Director role where the deals you close change people's lives?

Housing is a sector that rewards patience, credibility, and real relationship-building. If you've built a career leading complex, considered enterprise sales motions - and now want to own the commercial strategy rather than just execute it - this is where you'll get to prove it.

If that's the kind of challenge you're built for, keep reading....

We're working with a leading Proptech platform operating in the public sector and housing space - growing fast, backed by serious private equity investment, and trusted by thousands of housing associations to run better services for millions of tenants.

Here's the opportunity: an established customer base, a category-leading product, and real appetite to expand - but need a commercial leader who can shape the new-logo growth strategy for this market, lead and develop a small BD and AM team, and personally open doors at the most senior levels of complex, regulated buying environments. Someone who can set the standard for how deals are won.

To be considered you'll have the following...

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
