Job Title: Sales Director
Salary: Up to £75,000 + 50% Uncapped Commission
Location: London | Hybrid
Our client is an established and growing AdTech business helping agencies and advertisers deliver smarter, data-led digital media solutions. With an entrepreneurial culture and a strong independent-agency footprint, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a commercial patch and make a measurable impact on revenue growth.
The Opportunity
- Own a portfolio of independent agency relationships while proactively developing new business opportunities.
- Join a high-performing UK sales team as a senior individual contributor, with significant autonomy and ownership.
- Sell across a range of digital media and AdTech solutions, working closely with internal BI, strategy, and account management teams.
- Build relationships across agency planning, activation, and senior decision-makers to generate new briefs and expand existing revenue.
- Benefit from a 50% uncapped commission structure, with quarterly targets weighted towards revenue and team performance.
- Develop existing agency accounts while hunting for new opportunities — this is a genuine hunter/farmer hybrid role.

Responsibilities
- Drive the full commercial process from relationship building and initial brief through to pitch, negotiation, and close.
- Confidently manage commercial agreements and trading conversations.
- Translate client requirements into compelling media solutions, working with internal teams where additional insight or strategy is required.
- Build strong internal and external relationships and become a trusted point of contact for agency partners.
- Consistently deliver against revenue targets and contribute to wider team success.
Your Profile
- 7–10 years’ experience in AdTech, digital media, or a closely related commercial environment.
- Strong agency sales experience, ideally with independent agencies.
- A genuine hunter mentality with the confidence to generate new conversations and opportunities.
- Comfortable discussing technical AdTech propositions and commercial agreements.
- Self-sufficient, commercially sharp, and able to operate without heavy management.
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and relationship-led, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
