Job Description

The Role

The Sales Director, Membership Development plays a pivotal role in advancing World 50 Group’s growth by building and sustaining meaningful relationships with senior executives and introducing them to the power of our communities. Reporting to the Executive Director of Sales, this role is responsible for driving new member acquisition and long-term member value through thoughtful, consultative sales engagement.

This is a highly collaborative role. Sales Directors partner closely with Membership Development Associates (MDAs), who support prospecting, outreach, and pipeline activity, as well as with Group Leaders who steward our executive communities. Together, this team ensures a seamless, high-quality experience from first conversation through ongoing membership.

World 50 Group is in an exciting phase of growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape how we engage the market, elevate our sales approach, and directly contribute to the firm’s continued success. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, process-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Success in this role is measured through revenue contribution, including new member acquisition and member retention.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
