Founding Sales Leader
AI x Insurance
Location: London (on-site in Vauxhall Office)
Salary: £75,000 - £125,000
About Us
The global commercial insurance market is one of the largest industries in the world, yet much of it still runs on email threads, spreadsheets, and highly manual workflows.
We're building an AI-driven platform that modernises how insurance brokers operate by automating submission intake, data extraction, market outreach, and quote comparison. Our technology helps brokers move faster, improve productivity, and place more business without disrupting the tools and processes they already rely on.
Backed by leading investors and already partnering with some of the world's largest insurance brokers, we're building technology that will transform how hundreds of billions of pounds in insurance premiums are placed every year.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Founding Go-To-Market Lead to build and scale our commercial engine from the ground up.
As our first GTM hire, you'll work directly alongside the founders to define our sales strategy, win our earliest customers, and establish the foundations of a repeatable revenue function. This is a true builder role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys operating autonomously, and wants to play a defining role in shaping a company from its earliest stages.
Initially, you'll be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle yourself, from prospecting through to closing. As we grow, you'll help build and lead the commercial team, processes, and playbooks that power the next phase of the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
