Sales Manager/ Director | Fully Remote

We’re partnering with a growing B2B insights and executive engagement group that works closely with senior decision-makers across large organisations and helps technology and solution providers connect with relevant enterprise buyers.

The role sits within the group’s holding company, which focuses on turning market intelligence, executive relationships and identified business needs into qualified commercial opportunities for technology providers. They’re looking for a proven new-business hunter who can take ownership of the sales cycle and consistently close new clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The focus is on winning new business rather than managing an existing book of accounts. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing pipeline, engaging senior stakeholders and taking deals through the full sales cycle to close.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive new-business acquisition across medium-to-large enterprise clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Engage confidently with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Clearly articulate commercial value and tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Consistently work towards measurable sales targets and activity metrics.
  • Maintain accurate visibility of pipeline, deal values, conversion rates and performance.
  • Operate effectively in a fully remote environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
