Sales Director | International B2B SaaS Growth
📍 UK-based
🌍 Europe, North America and APAC remit
💰 Flexible base salary plus highly competitive, uncapped commission
If you have built a sales operation rather than simply inherited one, this could be the opportunity for you.
I’m partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS business that provides an enterprise Experience Management platform, helping major organisations collect, analyse and act on customer and employee feedback.
They are now hiring a Sales Director to take ownership of international growth across Europe, North America and APAC.
This is a hands-on leadership role for somebody who can build the strategy, remain close to customers, personally drive enterprise deals and recruit a high-performing international sales team.
The opportunity
You will be responsible for:
- Assessing the current sales operation and creating a repeatable, scalable framework
- Developing and implementing a clear 30, 60 and 90-day commercial plan
- Building and converting an international enterprise pipeline
- Personally leading opportunities from prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Winning annual contracts typically valued between £100,000 and £300,000
- Recruiting and onboarding two experienced Account Managers during the first quarter
- Establishing clear targets, performance measures and accountability
- Developing market-specific strategies across Europe, North America and APAC
- Positioning the business effectively against larger, established competitors
- Building trusted relationships with senior enterprise decision-makers
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
This is not a role for someone who has relied on a dominant brand, a large enablement function or a steady flow of inbound leads.
The successful person will be a genuine new-business leader who combines strategic thinking with the drive to open doors, pursue opportunities and close complex enterprise deals.
What success looks like
The initial mandate is ambitious:
- Establish a clear international sales strategy
- Implement a repeatable commercial process
- Recruit two strong Account Managers
- Build a healthy, qualified enterprise pipeline
- Work towards closing five to six new enterprise deals during the first quarter
In return, you will receive significant autonomy, direct access to the senior leadership team and the opportunity to shape the future of an ambitious international technology business.
The package includes a flexible base salary and a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure linked directly to Monthly Recurring Revenue.
