Sales Director
Location: London – Hybrid

Job Description:
As a Sales Director, you will lead strategic sales across key Hyperscale accounts throughout EMEA, working with regional and global teams to drive revenue, profitability, and account growth.
You will work across the wider Data Centre ecosystem, engaging with customers, consultants, contractors, partners, and internal teams to support strategic account growth and deliver customer-led solutions.
The role requires a commercially driven leader with strong executive-level relationship skills and experience selling Data Centre products and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sales activity across key Hyperscale accounts throughout EMEA, driving revenue, profitability, and account growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans in partnership with regional and global account teams.
- Build and maintain senior executive relationships across customers, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive early engagement across the AEC community to identify opportunities throughout the Data Centre project lifecycle.
- Sell a broad portfolio of Data Centre products and solutions, including structured cabling, electrical, networking, security, cooling, and power.
- Position services across design, end-to-end project deployment, product enhancement, and rack & roll.
- Lead complex sales opportunities, proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key technology vendors and alliance partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to support account growth.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and strategic account progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ professional sales experience within a relevant industry.
- 5+ years’ experience leading teams, programmes, or strategic sales initiatives at a regional or national level.
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic sales plans and delivering against revenue and profitability targets.
- Proven experience selling Data Centre products and solutions.
- Experience working with large multinational or Hyperscale customers highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the Data Centre market, competitive landscape, and emerging industry trends.
- Proven ability to build and influence executive-level relationships.
- Ability to travel 25%–50%
