New Logo Sales Director | IT Managed Services & Microsoft Cloud

Up to £100,000 base + £200,000 OTE + £6,500 car allowance

Beaumont IT is partnering with an established MSP and Microsoft Partner to appoint a New Logo Sales Director.

You’ll inherit a team of three BDMs, with responsibility for developing their performance and recruiting further hires as you grow the new business function.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll own the new logo sales strategy and team target. This is a hands-on leadership role, staying close to prospecting, customer meetings and closing opportunities, while coaching your team through the full sales cycle.

The portfolio spans Managed IT, Microsoft 365, Azure, Modern Workplace, Cyber Security, Data and AI, backed by a strong technical team to support discovery, solution design and delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
