Sales & Growth Director · UK or Europe (UK, Germany or Iberia preferred)

The Opportunity

A cleantech manufacturer is entering a major international scale-up phase, backed by fresh investment and ambitious FY27/28 revenue targets. It needs a senior commercial leader to take full ownership of its European growth engine, a newly created seat at the moment the business shifts from single-product to solutions-led selling. Direct executive sponsorship from the COO.

The Impact You Will Have

  • Own the international commercial growth strategy across priority European markets, deciding which segments and channels get built next.
  • Take full leadership of the regional Business Development function, freeing senior leadership to focus on the largest strategic accounts.
  • Build a repeatable mid-tier partner and channel model from the ground up, deployable across every new market.
  • Convert a fast-growing pipeline into contracted revenue, engaging personally where senior involvement changes the outcome.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What Success Looks Like

  • A senior B2B commercial leader who has built and scaled revenue in a complex, technical or infrastructure sector, not simply managed a book.
  • Comfortable selling combined-technology solutions rather than defending one product category.
  • A track record opening new markets and building partner-led growth, with real international exposure.
  • An operator who thrives on pace and ambiguity, not one needing a finished structure to succeed.
