About Us

We are a leading European consultancy specialising in innovation funding and R&D project financing. Operating in around 40 countries with over 5,000 professionals. Our ambition is to become the global leader in innovation funding and contribute to technological, economic, and environmental progress.

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Director in London to steer our commercial strategy and lead business growth across the UK. With us, you will report directly to the HUB Director and will manage around 5 people (3 BDM, 1 SDR, 1 Client and Partnership director).

The role will combine, roughly equally, team management and leadership, along with strategic business vision and direct responsibility for developing and maintaining its own pipeline of qualified leads. It is also a hybrid role; we would love to see you twice a week in our office close to the London Bridge.

Your Profile

Your profile is special: if you have at least 3 years of experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams in the R&D Tax credits landscape, this is your place! As a professional, your commercial mindset will drive you to succeed in a target-driven environment. We know that you will excel due to your excellent communication and negotiation abilities. You are proactive, autonomous, and have a persistent approach with a strong focus on achieving challenging targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
