You Initiate relationships and secure contracts with new customers that meet assigned sales quotas, profitability thresholds and strategic fit.
You will be expected to open doors, build pipeline from targeted accounts, create senior access, qualify hard, shape compelling solutions and close complex deals. You will have the autonomy to shape your sales plan, engage C-level stakeholders and bring together the right internal expertise to win.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and executive engagement through qualification, solution shaping, proposal, negotiation and close.
- Evaluating prospects against ideal-customer and winnability criteria, including commercial fit, urgency, decision process and competitive position.
- Presenting effectively to senior managers, C-level stakeholders, procurement teams and operational decision-makers.
- Crafting and leading compelling proposals, business cases and RFP responses in collaboration with bid, solution, delivery and product specialists.
- Partnering with Account Management where appropriate to identify expansion opportunities, while maintaining a clear focus on new-logo acquisition.
- Maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene, accurate forecasts, next-step ownership and transparent pipeline reporting.
- Contributing market insight to sales, marketing and solution strategy, including competitor activity, macro trends and client buying triggers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate is a proven enterprise sales hunter with evidence of personally originated and closed new-logo deals. You have experience in selling BPO, CX, consulting or another complex service proposition.

- A network in the EMEA commercial market, or the ability to rapidly build one through disciplined targeting and executive outreach.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets, develop new business and grow strategic accounts where appropriate.
- Experience with RFPs, business cases, stakeholder mapping, competitive positioning and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and spoken.
