Role: Sales Director (MSP)
Location: Remote (UK Wide) | Occasional travel to satellite offices
Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 base + Bonus

The Company
We are working with an IT group going on an exciting buy-and-build journey who are looking for a Sales Director to join their established leadership team. As the Sales Director, you will make a tangible impact on the entire Group's sales functions and processes.

The Role
This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the sales strategy of a growing IT group from the inside. You'll work closely with C-level leadership to standardize and professionalize the sales function across all acquired businesses, drive recurring revenue growth, and manage the transition of clients under the group umbrella.

Key Responsibilities

  • Standardise and unify sales processes, CRM systems, and reporting across all group subsidiaries
  • Create a group-wide sales roadmap and go-to-market strategy
  • Work with existing sales managers across acquired businesses during their transition periods
  • Own and grow revenue and GP across the group
  • Support future acquisitions by integrating new businesses into the group commercial framework
  • Target market is SME businesses with 20-300 employees

What They're Looking For

  • Proven MSP sales leadership experience with a strong understanding of recurring revenue models
  • Experience standardising or integrating sales functions — ideally across multiple sites or post-acquisition
  • A hands-on, player-coach approach — comfortable at both strategic and operational level
  • Commercially minded with the gravitas to work at C-suite level
