Sales Director - Agentic Ecommerce Platform

Salary - £90,000 - £110,000 + Double OTE + Equity

London / Hybrid

The Company:

We're working with a market-leading agentic ecommerce platform. Helping some of the world's biggest brands transform digital marketing, ecommerce, and customer growth.

With 500+ employees globally, the business is going through an exciting period of growth as it evolves into an agentic AI platform for global brands. They're now looking for a Sales Director to join their EMEA sales team and drive significant net-new enterprise revenue across the region.

The Role:

You'll own the full sales cycle across EMEA. From account strategy and pipeline generation (with SDR and Marketing support). Closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.

A key part of the role will be engaging senior marketing stakeholders around AI, automation, data, and agentic workflows. Helping businesses understand where to build capabilities internally and where to partner with a proven platform.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
