Job Description
As Sales Director for Manta Media Capital portfolio company Party Action People, you will spearhead commercial growth for an international B2B event series. You will own the revenue strategy across the US, UK, and Asia, closing high-value sponsorship deals and building a world-class sales function in a fast-paced, investor-backed environment.

What You Will Do
- Lead and close strategic six and seven-figure sponsorship and exhibition deals with senior C-suite decision-makers across the global financial services and technology sectors.
- Define and execute the end-to-end commercial strategy for the event series, establishing robust pipeline discipline and multi-year revenue forecasting using HubSpot.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing international sales team, managing both in-house and outsourced talent to deliver exceptional attendance and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate
- Minimum of 7 years in B2B event sales with a proven track record of personally closing large-scale, high-value sponsorship and exhibition deals across international markets.
- Existing network of commercial buyers within financial services, payments, or banking infrastructure, with the ability to navigate complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in founder-led or investor-backed businesses, comfortable with the autonomy and pace required to scale a global events brand.
