Sales Leader – Asset & Wealth Management / Investment Management

We are seeking an experienced GTM Sales Leader to drive growth across the Asset & Wealth Management and Investment Management sector. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on developing and executing go-to-market strategies, building executive-level client relationships, and identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across a broad portfolio of services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth within the Asset & Wealth Management and Investment Management vertical.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target accounts.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Create and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to client challenges and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to develop winning solutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
  • Develop strategic account plans to drive long-term customer growth and retention.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM systems.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, business development, or go-to-market leadership roles.
  • Strong experience within Asset & Wealth Management, Investment Management, or wider Financial Services sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level decision-makers.
  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales processes and large-scale opportunities.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute against ambitious growth targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
