Lead the team that sells FlightStory's UK creator slate.
FlightStory works at the forefront of creator-led brand partnerships. We're looking for a Sales Director to lead our UK brand partnerships function, reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer. You'll own the commercial number for our UK slate, Begin Again with Davina McCall and We Need to Talk with Paul C. Brunson, and work with our US team on cross-show partnerships across The Diary of a CEO and Hot Smart Rich.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
The team
Lead and coach a team of four brand partnership sellers and our Head of Global Partner Management, working closely with our creative and partner management teams.
The number
Own the UK target, forecast and revenue pacing, and report performance to senior leadership and our creators.

The deals
Sell and renew partnerships across podcast sponsorship, branded content, social, product collaborations and new formats.
The relationships
Build C-level client and holding company relationships, and deliver an exceptional client experience from pitch to renewal.
What's next
Develop new commercial formats, pricing structures and go-to-market strategies that grow our partnership offering.
The engine
Own sales operations, CRM, pipeline management and deal execution, with processes built to scale.
The pitch
Work with our creative team on pitches and video plans that win and renew business.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS IF
- You've led teams that deliver revenue at multi-million scale, and you always know where you are against target
- You have established relationships with UK agency holding companies and senior clients
- You know the creator, talent or podcast economy and how brands buy into it
- You bring startup or scale-up energy and enjoy building from zero to one
- You’re happy to roll your sleeves up, and get hands on
- You're AI-first: you use tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Grok day to day
- You take ownership, and hold yourself and your team accountable for results
