Sales Director, UK & Ireland - Commercial Interiors

Salary Range: £100,000 - £120,000 (negotiable) + 20-30% Bonus + potential for equity

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Director Role: For a market leader in manufacturing for the interior decorative sector.
  • Focus: Commercial office, hospitality, healthcare & education.
  • Strategy & Leadership: Shape strategy, lead a talented sales team (15+), and make a visible impact in a dynamic, customer-focused organisation.
  • Leadership Team: Part of the senior leadership team, working closely with colleagues across product, design, and marketing to drive results.
  • Market Presence: Hands-on, visible in the market, and always looking ahead.
  • Sales Strategy: Execute and evolve the UK sales strategy in line with business goals.
  • Brand Ambassador: Be a visible brand ambassador—attending trade shows, building high-impact partnerships, and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Brand Champion: Champion brands in the market as a creative, ethical, and commercially intelligent business partner.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, support and coach a team of high-performing sales professionals across the UK & IE.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Oversee reporting, forecasting and commercial analysis.
  • Change Initiatives: Lead change initiatives that boost team capability and customer experience.
  • Team Management: Keep the team connected, motivated, and focused on success.

  • Experience: Must have commercial interiors sales leadership experience, leading national external sales teams of 8+ with A&D, D&B, OEM and End User industry contacts where you can open up doors, where others cannot.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong commercial instincts and analytical ability—able to translate data into opportunity.
    • Energy, presence, and the ability to influence at all levels.
    • A collaborative, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
    • Deep market awareness and a customer-first approach.
    • Excellent communicator with the ability to craft compelling stories from data.
    • Comfortable leading through change with positivity and confidence.
