About the Role:

An established satellite communications technology business is looking for a commercially driven Sales Director to grow its presence across EMEA.

This is a hands-on sales role focused on winning and expanding business with satellite operators, telecommunications providers and key service providers. You’ll use an existing industry network to uncover opportunities, open commercial conversations and convert demand into revenue, balancing tactical sales opportunities with larger strategic accounts.

Working across both direct and channel routes to market, you’ll have significant autonomy to shape where the business focuses and how it grows across the region.

This business designs and delivers advanced satellite communications hardware and RF solutions for customers globally. With an established technology portfolio, experienced leadership team and a clear three-year growth plan, the company is now investing heavily in expanding its commercial reach.

To be successful you’ll need to have…

  • Strong network across EMEA with satellite operators, telecommunications providers and key service providers, including established relationships with senior commercial and technical decision-makers.
  • Proven commercial sales experience developing and winning strategic opportunities valued from approximately £50k to £5m, consistently delivering against revenue targets outside government and defence markets.
  • Experience selling SATCOM and RF hardware solutions, including antennas, RF electronics, terminals and bundled communications solutions.
