Sales Director - Contact Centre Technology & Analytics

Client - Cloud Analytics SaaS aimed at Customer Operations

Salary - £120,000 to £150,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Equity + Future Leadership Opportunity

Location - Remote/London office 2 x a month

We're partnering with an ambitious B2B SaaS company that's transforming how contact centres improve performance. With a proven product and loyal customers, this is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth and play a key role in a potential future exit.

Their cloud-based platform turns fragmented operational data into personalised, interactive development journeys for every frontline employee. By combining individual scorecards, quality assurance, coaching and real-time performance insights, it helps advisors perform at their best while giving leaders the visibility and tools to drive meaningful operational improvements.

The value proposition is compelling: deployment is simple, with no complex systems overhaul, integrating seamlessly into existing contact centre environments. The commercial model is equally attractive, costing just a few hundred pounds per agent each year while delivering typical customer ROI of 10x investment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Typical customer outcomes include:

  • Around 20-second reductions in Average Handle Time
  • Double-digit efficiency improvements
  • CSAT increases of up to 25%

If you enjoy building, not just maintaining, you'll feel right at home.

What you'll be doing

  • Win new enterprise and mid-market customers across the UK contact centre sector.
  • Sell directly to Contact Centre Directors, Heads of Operations, Customer Experience leaders and senior operational stakeholders.
  • Use your existing industry network to generate high-quality opportunities and warm introductions.
  • Own the full SaaS sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close.
  • Help define the go-to-market strategy as the business scales.
  • Represent the company at contact centre and CX industry events.
