THE ROLE:
An established leader in outsourced business services is seeking a Sales Director to lead new business growth across the South of England. Managing a team of Sales Managers, you will be responsible for driving sales performance through their teams, developing talent, and delivering ambitious growth targets across a large geographic territory.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, requiring someone who can coach, inspire and hold teams accountable while maintaining a strong commercial focus. The position is home-based, with regular travel across the region and occasional visits to regional offices.

LOCATION:
South of England territory covering London, the South East, South West and Midlands. Ideally based within approximately two hours of Birmingham.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a second-line sales leader
- Background in contractual business-to-business services
- Track record of leading successful new business sales teams
- Experience within sectors such as waste management, managed equipment services, office technology, material handling, facilities services or similar
- Strong coaching, performance management and leadership skills
- Resilient, organised, commercially driven and highly motivated
