Sales Director | Data & Analytics
Wave Search is partnered with a global consulting and technology organisation seeking a senior sales professional to grow its Data & Analytics portfolio across strategic accounts and new clients.
The role combines new client acquisition with account growth. You’ll work closely with sales, solution and technology partner teams to identify opportunities, shape proposals and win complex engagements.
The Opportunity:
The portfolio spans master data management, data migration, governance and quality, data engineering, visualisation, modernisation, AI and machine learning. You’ll lead proactive opportunities as well as advisory-led, RFI and RFP pursuits across projects, programmes and managed services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospecting, negotiating and winning new client accounts
- Growing Data & Analytics opportunities within strategic accounts alongside sales teams
- Developing the service line sales strategy and managing senior customer relationships
- Partnering with solution teams on proposals, solutions and estimates
- Building relationships with technology partners such as Databricks and Snowflake
- Tracking account revenue growth, margin and customer satisfaction
- Promoting Data & Analytics capabilities internally and at industry events

What They’re Looking For:
- 15+ years’ experience in sales, business or technology consulting services, with substantial Data & Analytics experience
- A track record of personally carrying bookings or revenue targets
- Sales experience across at least two Data & Analytics capabilities
- Knowledge of at least two relevant platforms, such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Databricks, Domino, Confluent, Power BI, Tableau, Tealium or cloud data platforms
- Experience selling into one or more of RCM, HTM, TTH or BFSI
- Strong C-suite relationships and a consultative approach to complex sales
- Experience working with onsite/offshore teams; knowledge of CRM or customer experience platforms is an advantage

Location: London / Hybrid
Package: £140,000 - £160,000 + Sales Incentive Plan + Benefits
