Sales Director EA – Housebuilding
Reigate, Surrey

Monday to Friday
The Opportunity
We are working with a leading residential developer looking for an experienced Sales Director PA to join their busy divisional sales team.
This is a pivotal role working closely with the Sales Director and wider sales team, providing high-level administrative and operational support while helping ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently.
This isn't a traditional PA position. You will be heavily involved in the day-to-day operation of the sales function, including sales reporting, customer journeys, legal progression and communication across the wider business.
Previous experience within housebuilding is essential. You could be an experienced PA/EA already working within a residential developer, or come from a New Homes Sales Executive/Advisor background and be looking to move into a Monday-to-Friday, office-based role.
The Role
Working closely with the Sales Director and wider sales team, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing proactive day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales Director
- Coordinating the progression of sales from reservation through to legal completion
- Liaising with solicitors and coordinating legal documentation to ensure deadlines are achieved
- Ensuring sales systems are kept accurate and up to date
- Producing weekly and monthly sales figures and reports
- Collating information for senior management and board-level reporting
- Managing and responding to customer enquiries and helping resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinating information between the sales team and other departments across the business
- Supporting the wider sales team with operational requirements
- Helping ensure the department remains organised and adequately supported during busy periods
- Supporting and guiding members of the sales support team where required

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
