NSC Global is a leading global IT services provider with over 27 years of excellence. We are focused on becoming the partner of choice for Global IT Services, with a strategic vision to grow the business.
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director for EMEA to lead our sales organisation across the region, driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding strategic customer relationships, and developing a high-performing sales team.
Reporting to the VP of Sales, this is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the regional sales strategy while leading a team of Sales Managers and senior sales professionals. The successful candidate will own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, build executive-level customer relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of ambitious growth targets across existing customers and new business.
This role requires an inspirational leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on customer engagement, working collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Delivery, and Executive Leadership to accelerate NSC Global's growth throughout EMEA.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the EMEA sales strategy aligned with NSC Global's global growth objectives.
- Own regional revenue, profitability, and growth targets across EMEA.
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion opportunities across the region.
- Drive consistent sales execution, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health across all territories.
- Provide regular business updates, market insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

- Lead, inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Managers and senior sales professionals.
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, high performance, and customer success.
- Establish clear objectives, performance metrics, and development plans for the regional sales organisation.
- Support recruitment, succession planning, and capability development across the sales function.
- Act as an executive sponsor on strategic opportunities and major customer engagements.
Customer & Revenue Growth
- Build and maintain executive relationships with key enterprise customers across the region.
- Personally lead the largest and most strategic opportunities and customer accounts.
- Drive account expansion through cross-selling, upselling, and identifying new service opportunities.
- Support complex new business pursuits and large-scale strategic bids.
- Ensure the team delivers consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Marketing, Solutions, Delivery, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
- Ensure customer requirements are translated into commercially competitive and technically robust proposals.
- Work with Delivery leadership to maximise customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
- Share market intelligence, competitive insight, and customer feedback to influence service development and go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
Essential Experience
- Proven success leading regional enterprise sales teams within the IT Services, Managed Services, Infrastructure Services, or Technology Solutions sector.
- Significant experience developing and executing sales strategies across multiple countries within EMEA.
- Strong track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth through both existing account expansion and new logo acquisition.
- Experience leading complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success managing senior sales professionals and building high-performing teams.
- Experience forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic business planning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Additional commercial or leadership qualifications (MBA or equivalent) are advantageous.
- Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable; German, French, or Spanish would be beneficial.
