Job Summary
We are seeking a commercially driven, hands-on Sales Director - Europe to lead and scale CoreView’s enterprise sales activity across Europe. Reporting to the VP Sales EMEA, this role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building predictable pipeline, improving sales execution, and leading a team of Account Executives across key European markets.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines strong enterprise sales discipline with a builder mindset. - Own European sales performance in partnership with the VP Sales EMEA, including pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, deal progression, and quota attainment.
- Build and execute regional sales plans that align to CoreView’s EMEA go-to-market priorities, target account strategy, and growth objectives.
- Drive a strong net-new business culture, ensuring the team consistently identifies, qualifies, and progresses enterprise opportunities.
- Provide hands-on deal coaching across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including discovery, business case development, executive alignment, negotiation, procurement, and close.
- Actively participate in strategic customer meetings, executive briefings, partner engagements, and high-value negotiations where required.
- Establish and maintain strong sales operating cadence, including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, account planning, deal inspection, and performance management.
- Ensure disciplined use of CRM, sales methodology, and forecasting processes to improve visibility, predictability, and accountability.
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams to improve territory execution and customer outcomes.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, ramping, and ongoing development of high-performing sales talent across Europe.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and regional growth opportunities to inform sales strategy.
- Represent CoreView externally with enterprise customers, partners, and industry contacts as a credible senior commercial leader.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
