Role Overview
The Sales Director is responsible for developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory/product line.
Responsibilities
- Support and reinforce existing opportunities in the European region;
- Assume account lead responsibilities for existing accounts already utilising Rapiscan cargo equipment;
- Develop an understanding of the strategic drivers for cargo system procurement across the European region and use these to inform the company’s focus;
- Build relationships across the relevant stakeholder landscape including end users, policy officials and partners;
- Create and deliver clearly articulated strategy and action items to corporate leadership;
- Support in the administration requirements associated with the sales process as part of the development of skills necessary to progress within the business;
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork;
- Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct;
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications
- Strong and convincing presentation delivery capability (both conversational and formal);
- Strong written work;
- Clear thinking and decision making in complex environments.
Desirable Competencies
- French speaker;
- Experience in a commercial environment;
- Experience and willingness for extensive travel;
- Previous experience within a military/security role would be advantageous.
