Sales Director | B2B SaaS | Hybrid
I’m partnering with an established, high-growth B2B SaaS business that is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead and develop a high-performing sales function.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves the numbers, understands what drives sales performance and knows how to get the best out of a team.
You’ll take ownership of sales performance across both new business and existing customers, working closely with the senior leadership team to drive the next stage of growth.
The role:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals
- Own sales performance against monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- Drive both new customer acquisition and growth across existing accounts
- Build a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability
- Own pipeline management, forecasting and performance reporting
- Use data to identify opportunities and address performance gaps
- Continuously improve sales processes, conversion and productivity
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and senior leadership

What I’m looking for:
- Proven experience leading a target-driven B2B sales team
- A strong track record of delivering against revenue targets
- A genuinely data-driven approach to sales leadership
- Strong coaching and people-management experience
- Experience working in a high-volume / high-velocity sales environment
- Confidence with CRM, forecasting and pipeline management
- SaaS or technology experience would be highly desirable
- Experience selling into SMEs would be a real advantage
