Position Summary
Flexjet is currently seeking enthusiastic talents interested in delivering industry-leading aircraft ownership solutions to HNWI, aircraft owners, and corporate clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a minimum of five years of experience in luxury sales who wants to further develop a career within an organisation focused on delivering exceptional customer service to an exclusive market.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Self-generate a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities through outreach, lead follow-up, networking, and referrals to ensure delivery of sales targets.
- Collaborating with Business Development and Marketing teams to establish a high level of client engagement and brand awareness within assigned regions.
- Develop and maintain a long-term view of client relationships and ensure the highest levels of service, professionalism, and integrity are consistently embodied.
- Be adaptable to changing sales cycles and purchase timelines.
- Leveraging sales opportunities from PR, partnerships, and Flexjet events.
- Building brand loyalty through outstanding communication and effective onboarding of new customers with our dedicated Owner Services teams.
- Utilise sales experience to negotiate and close deals in an effective and timely manner.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Extensive experience in selling high-value goods or services.
Required Skills
- Consultative sales approach
- Polished communication skills combined with good numerical abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Ability to travel
- An understanding of the aviation industry or a willingness to learn
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong personal and work ethics, along with a high level of integrity
