Potensis is pleased to partner with a trusted and respected Residential Developer who have developed an enviable reputation for consistently delivering high end, complex and design led projects for over 20 years.
We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to drive performance, inspire teams, and deliver an exceptional customer journey for homebuyers.
This role is central to ensuring developments are successfully brought to market and that customers receive outstanding support from first enquiry through to completion. You’ll lead a high-performing sales team, oversee marketing strategy, and play a key role in achieving ambitious growth targets.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Delivering sales targets including units, revenue and margin performance
- Leading sales teams across developments to maximise performance and customer experience
- Developing marketing strategies and campaigns that generate high-quality leads
- Overseeing sales environments, digital platforms and marketing materials
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and pricing strategy
- Managing budgets for sales and marketing activity
- Supporting complex sales negotiations when required
- Ensuring compliance with consumer regulations and company policies
- Reporting sales performance and pipeline activity to senior leadership
- Driving a strong customer-first culture to achieve excellent satisfaction results
- Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential

- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to deliver against targets
- A collaborative leader who motivates teams and builds high-performing cultures
- Excellent communication, negotiation and strategic thinking skills
