Our Client is a leading supplier in the field of residential heat pump solutions within the Residential HVAC sector. With a portfolio of heat pumps, hot water cylinders, etc. pressurisation units, they now need to identify a 'UK Sales Director'. Applications are welcome from experienced candidates living south of the Midlands.
Whilst the vast majority of our client's work is within the residential sector, their ambitious 5-year plan includes entry and success within the Commercial HVAC sector, and candidates who have demonstrable experience in transitioning a business from Residential to Commercial will be of significant interest.

Ideally, your experience will contain the vital elements of the role in order to deliver the continued growth our Client is looking to achieve:
- P&L responsibility
- Thorough HVAC understanding
- Experience in the specification route to market through National Housebuilders, etc.
- Successful experience in leading & managing a remote sales team throughout the UK (Current team size is 10 which is split between internal & external sales)
- Experience in working with a solution / value-based proposition as opposed to a 'catalogue' portfolio
- Driving accountability and ownership of performance across each region against regional budgets.

As our client's business is within a wider Group of businesses operating in the same sector, a collaborative working style will be critical in order to deliver the strategy and plan over the next 5 years.
Our Client has offices in the South West & the East Midlands and candidates would preferably be residing somewhere between these two locations, although this is not critical.
