3 Point Recruitment are supporting a fast-growing organisation with hiring a driven Sales Director to lead UK business development, win new customers and build a high-performing commercial team. This is a hands-on role combining strategic leadership with direct ownership of new business growth - an excellent opportunity!
This role will take ownership of new business generation, strategic account development and the performance of both Business Development and Account Management functions - playing a key role in shaping long-term commercial strategy. You will enhance and streamline sales processes, build and develop a high-performing sales team and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive sustainable, long-term business growth.

Duties Will Include
- Lead UK sales growth strategy and deliver revenue / margin targets
- Identify, pursue and win new business opportunities
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships
- Oversee Business Development and Account Management teams
- Drive CRM usage, accurate forecasting and commercial KPIs
- Lead negotiations, proposals and contract discussions
- Strengthen and manage a high quality sales pipeline
- Improve sales processes, reporting and opportunity management
- Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
- Contribute to long-term commercial strategy and market development
