ABOUT THE ROLE
Aliaxis UK is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director – Building Services & Industrial to lead the growth and development of one of our most important business sectors across the UK and Ireland.
This is a leadership role with responsibility for shaping and delivering the commercial strategy, driving sustainable revenue and margin growth, and leading a high-performing national sales organisation. Working closely with customers, industry partners and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in strengthening our market position while driving innovation, customer focus and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and execute the sales and commercial strategy across the Building Services & Industrial markets.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a national sales team to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
- Drive revenue, profitability, pricing strategies, and commercial performance across the region.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, distribution partners, contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Lead major project engagement and influence product specification opportunities.
- Utilise CRM, Power BI, and market insights to support data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer value.
- Represent the business at industry forums, customer meetings, and strategic partnership events.
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, commercial governance, and performance reporting.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a commercially driven sales leader who thrives on building relationships, developing teams, and delivering growth.

You will have:
- Proven sales leadership experience within construction, building services, industrial, or related markets.
- A strong track record of driving revenue growth and commercial performance.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to delivering results.
- Confidence using market insights, CRM systems, and data to support decision-making.
- The ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions and influence at all levels.
- Experience within the plastic piping systems sectors would be highly advantageous. The products and solutions we provide are often specified into complex projects and require a strong understanding of technical applications, customer requirements and route-to-market dynamics.
