UK Sales Director - to £100,000 + Uncapped OTE
One of our well-respected global Insurtech clients is looking for a high-performing, hungry, and driven Sales Director to drive growth in the UK & EMEA insurance space. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that empowers insurers, MGAs, and brokers with flexible, cutting-edge core systems solutions designed to simplify Insurance processes and accelerate growth. We’re seeking a natural Sales Leader with deep industry and SaaS solutions knowledge, strong commercial instincts, and a proven ability to win new business in a complex and competitive B2B environment.

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and close
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across the insurance sector
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to go-to-market strategies
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment from sales through to implementation
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management to support business goals
- Liaising with SDRs and other members of the team on a regular basis

Requirements:
- A strong track record in B2B new business sales within the insurtech / insurance industry
- Experience selling complex technology or SaaS solutions, ideally to insurers, MGAs, and brokers
- Drive and enjoyment for new business development
- A consultative approach to selling, with confidence engaging senior and C-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Self-motivation, drive, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Living within easy access to London for a weekly Head Office day
