Sales Director Lead - EMEA, SDP ISV
As a Sales Director for EMEA Software Digital Platform (SDP) for ISV's, you will lead a team of AE's and ATS's that will be working with software developer companies (ISV's) across multiple countries in Europe.
As a Sales Director in SDP you will be working in a fast moving environment, with partners that has software and digital solution as their core business. This opportunity will allow you to lead a sales team (ATU) in an International role in the EMEA organization, allowing you to work with frontier companies.
As a Sales Director, you will drive transformation propelling both Microsoft and our clients/Partners towards achieving business outcomes. You will lead a team of sellers to execute Go to Market strategy for SDP in UK, France and Benelux.
Leveraging your extended multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoft product portfolio, engage at the most senior levels of your customer and deliver industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace business transformation.
With a proven history of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets, customer obsession, and partner collaboration, this role will leverage your extensive customer network and sales experience to execute against an account plan.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization, providing clear direction, coaching, and accountability while creating an inclusive environment where people can grow and succeed.
- Set and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for software and digital platform customers across the UK, France, and Benelux, translating business priorities into focused account and territory plans.
- Drive sustainable business growth by guiding account teams to identify, develop, and progress strategic opportunities, increase cloud adoption and consumption, and achieve revenue and market objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology decision-makers, helping customers connect their strategic priorities with Microsoft technologies, platforms, and partner ecosystem.
- Accelerate co-innovation and co-selling opportunities, enabling customers and partners to develop, commercialize, and scale differentiated software and digital solutions.
- Orchestrate execution across Microsoft, bringing together account, technical, specialist, partner, marketing, and customer success teams and focusing resources on the highest-impact customer and business opportunities.
- Apply market and industry insight to identify new opportunities, anticipate competitive dynamics, address barriers to growth, and strengthen Microsoft’s position across the software and digital platform ecosystem.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales, technical sales, or multidisciplinary customer-facing teams within a complex organization.
- Experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or customer-facing commercial leadership within technology, cloud, software, digital platforms, or related services.
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market, account, or territory strategies that deliver measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior business and technology decision-makers and coordinating execution across sales, technical, partner, and specialist stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with independent software vendors, software companies, digital-native businesses, platform providers, or technology partners.
- Experience leading teams or businesses across multiple countries, markets, or business environments, adapting commercial strategies to different customer and market needs.
- Experience driving cloud adoption, solution commercialization, co-selling, co-innovation, or marketplace-led growth.
- Understanding of software business models, cloud platforms, partner ecosystems, competitive dynamics, and the commercial considerations involved in scaling digital solutions.

Compensation
Sales Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 120,100.00 - £ 202,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
