Sales Director – IT Services - Logistics
UK – Flexible Location
£120,000–£130,000 Base + Uncapped Bonus
We are working with an established international IT services organisation seeking a Sales Director to drive enterprise growth across the Logistics and Supply Chain sector in the UK and Europe.
This is a senior new-business-focused role for an experienced IT services hunter with a proven track record selling complex technology solutions. The successful candidate will have strong Logistics/Supply Chain experience and be comfortable selling solutions across CXM, CCM, CRM, Data Analytics, Integration, Platform Engineering and Cloud.
You will:
- Win new enterprise accounts across Logistics and Supply Chain
- Build and manage your own pipeline from prospecting through to close
- Develop and execute go-to-market and lead-generation strategies
- Sell complex IT services and technology solutions
- Expand relationships within existing enterprise accounts
- Engage C-level and senior technology decision-makers
- Work with international, onshore and offshore solution/delivery teams
- Develop long-term strategic client relationships
- Manage forecasting, CRM and commercial targets
- Represent the business at relevant industry events
- Travel across the UK and Europe as required

You will have:
- 10–12+ years' Software and IT Services sales experience
- Proven success as a new-business hunter
- Strong Logistics and Supply Chain sector knowledge and contacts
- Experience selling complex IT solutions and services
- Strong solution-selling and enterprise sales experience
- Experience across CXM, CCM, CRM, Data Analytics and Integration
- Experience with Cloud and/or Managed Services
- An understanding of onshore/offshore delivery models
- Existing C-level relationships within the European market
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling and closing skills
- Experience developing channel or partnership routes to market
- UK residency and willingness to travel across UK/Europe

Experience with Customer Communications Management platforms such as Quadient, Smart Communications or OpenText would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline would also be advantageous.
The Opportunity
A senior commercial position with responsibility for developing a significant Logistics and Supply Chain market across the UK and Europe, combining new-logo acquisition with strategic account growth.
