We are partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing TikTok Shop agencies to appoint a Sales Director who will take ownership of its commercial strategy and lead its next phase of growth.
The business helps major consumer brands build and scale their presence on TikTok Shop through an end-to-end proposition covering strategy, live shopping, creators and affiliates, paid media, fulfilment and customer service.
Following rapid growth in the UK and expansion into Europe, the company now needs an experienced agency new-business leader to build a structured and scalable commercial function.
The opportunity
This is a genuine player-coach role combining strategic commercial leadership with hands-on enterprise selling.
- You will personally create, develop and close major new-business opportunities while managing two experienced sellers covering the UK and European markets.
- The team has a combined new-business target of approximately £4 million, with typical enterprise contracts worth £300,000–£500,000.
- The strategy is focused on winning a smaller number of high-value consumer brands and developing them into long-term partnerships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
