Sales Director
We are seeking an accomplished and highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales teams, drive commercial strategy, and deliver sustainable revenue growth. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, optimise sales performance, and ensure our teams consistently achieve and exceed business objectives.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Full operational responsibility for the Sales function from land appraisal, market research, setting sales prices, and the management of all reservations through to legal completion.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Prepare operational and financial sales department reports.
- Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team.
- Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
- Produce sales mixes based upon relevant market research within the geographical area.
- Produce concise and accurate land appraisals.
- Manage the delivery of new developments to ensure they are launched professionally and on time in line with the budget forecast, whilst overseeing the preparation and production of brochures and sales literature, also ensuring that they are marketed correctly and in line with the company standards.
- Monitor and maintain levels of presentation on site.
- Monitor changes in the new build sector and implement strategies to ensure results are maintained.
- Monitor performance levels of associated companies involved in the sales process, i.e., Panel Solicitors / Independent Financial Advisors.
- Manage effectively and deliver the required sales results on the Part Exchange side of the business.

About you:
- Highly experienced and knowledgeable of The New Build Industry & Housing Market.
- Proven experience of managing and motivating a sales force.
- Ability to drive sales and deliver targets whilst maintaining profit margins.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of The Property Mis-descriptions Act, The Data Protection Act (GDPR), The Consumer Code for House Builders.
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills.
- Project management and time management skills.
