Sales Director (Facial Recognition)

Driving new enterprise revenue for AI-led facial recognition solutions into UK retail and related industries

About the company

Established, global leader within loss prevention technology. Already work with major UK retailers and are now building a new, high-growth revenue stream focused on safety, risk reduction and real-time intelligence.

About the role

Fully remote Sales Director role focused on launching and scaling facial recognition solutions

  • Own new business across UK retail, with responsibility for building pipeline from zero and closing high-value deals
  • Sell a safety-led, AI-driven solution into senior stakeholders including board, operations, risk and security leaders
  • Target large multi-site organisations, with potential contract values ranging from pilot to multi-million pound rollouts
  • Expand beyond retail into sectors such as transport, venues, healthcare and public sector over time
  • Work closely with leadership and US teams to shape go-to-market and commercial strategy
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and high-level customer meetings

Your previous experience

  • Proven track record selling into UK retail with an existing network across store operations, loss prevention, risk or senior leadership
  • Experience winning new business and building pipeline independently
  • Background selling complex solutions such as biometrics, AI, security technology, access control or retail tech
  • Comfortable selling to C-suite and navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, compliance and risk-based sales environments
  • Experience closing high-value deals and managing enterprise sales processes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability and ownership
