Fully Remote (regular travel across the South of the UK) £130,000 base, £150,000 package + Company Car

This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the UK's most recognised technology platforms. Please note: This role is only suitable for leaders who are currently managing managers. This is not a step-up from managing individual contributors.

We're looking for an experienced Sales Director with a proven track record of developing senior leaders, challenging thinking, improving performance and building high-performing sales organisations.

About the Business

You'll be joining the UK's leading property portal. Over 80% of all online property searches in the UK happen on this platform, with only Facebook, Amazon and YouTube attracting more traffic nationally. Combined with a best-in-class product suite, the business plays a critical role in helping estate agents win more instructions, grow revenue and outperform their competitors.

The Opportunity

This is a business-critical leadership role. You'll lead a team of 4 Area Directors, each responsible for high-performing teams of field-based Account Managers across the South of the UK. Their mission is to become trusted commercial partners to estate agents—helping customers maximise value, increase retention and drive long-term account growth. Your mission is to ensure your leaders have the mindset, coaching ability and commercial discipline to consistently deliver exceptional results in an ever-changing property market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
